Shaylene grew up in Ridgefield as a second-generation Realtor beginning her real estate journey in 1991. Along with her siblings, she was an owner/partner of her family-owned and operated business, Neumann Real Estate, which grew to become the premier real estate company in their local area.
In March 2022, Neumann Real Estate joined forces with Houlihan Lawrence, extending the power of the #1 brokerage in Greenwich and Westchester into Fairfield County. A licensed Realtor for nearly 20 years, Shaylene is consistently recognized for her real estate knowledge, dynamic personality, and local area expertise. She was the team lead for the Shaylene Neumann Team for the past five years. In conjunction with her husband, Joe Kelley, Shaylene and Joe expanded to form the Neumann | Kelley Properties Team at Houlihan Lawrence.
Shaylene is an avid horse enthusiast and cherishes her horse of 18 years, Lucy. As such, she brings a unique perspective and expertise to the equestrian community, representing clients in both Connecticut and New York. She specializes in large acreages, equestrian properties, luxury homes, and lakefront properties.
